THREE IN ONE CONCEPTS

So, what is THREE IN ONE CONCEPTS all about?
GETTING BETTER - Personally and professionally.
HOW? Through a unique combination of skills and insight.

THREE IN ONE CONCEPTS has put together a program of self-discovery which is like nothing else you have ever experienced.

Its foundation: that there is only one legitimate source for what you need to know about becoming the person you've always dreamed of becoming - and that source is YOU.

The Process? Simple. You have a choice: private consultations with a qualified Facilitator; or a series of ONE BRAINTM classes to learn the skills for yourself.

Our classes start with TOOLS OF THE TRADE - a two day program that introduces you to yourself in a whole new light, including . . .

THE BEHAVIORAL BAROMETER - an ingenious road map for identifying where you are emotionally right now, and where you want to go.

EMOTIONAL STRESS DEFUSION - an effective and gentle way to reduce stress on any issue in your life.

Since YOU are the only legitimate source for information about yourself, we use muscle-testing as a tool. If you already know something about muscle-testing, you are in for a big surprise. We are not testing muscles at Three In One Concepts, we're testing emotion. We're testing feelings.

Can you really experience something in a two-day class to help you get better, personally and professionally? The answer is YES.

STRESS AFFECTS OUR CHOICES

If negative stress occurs when we are learning a new activity (such as reading, writing, driving a car, or playing a sport), that stress becomes an integral part of the activity. It interferes with our ability to do it well. Whenever we repeat that activity, the same negative stress is triggered and our performance suffers.

If we base our choices on reactions to unpleasant experiences in the past, we can get locked into self-limitation, denial and judgment. Stuck in patterns that keep us from experiencing the success we want, we no longer believe we have any choice concerning our future.

FOR EXAMPLE: suppose you learned to play golf at a particular golf course that had a lake. Generally you hit your ball into the lake rather than across it. Today you are playing at a different course with a special, new kind of golf-ball, and you arrive at another lake. Do you continue to use your new ball, or pull out an old one "just in case"? If you choose the old ball, you are making a choice based on past frustration. Worse - your choice has set in motion an expectation of failure, a self-fulfilling prophecy that keeps you locked into never being able to hit a ball across a lake.

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT

Three-In-One Facilitators are internationally known for the "magic" we use to help adults and children improve performance in many areas. For instance, we have assisted slow learners and people labeled as "learning disabled" or "dyslexic" to make dramatic positive changes.

What's the "magic"? We identify and release the emotions fused to events that prevent people from being in present time. With these past stressors resolved, attitude and behavior change for the better. People feel free to make different, more profitable "choices" for themselves.

The results? Spectacular!

People who thought they could not read are now regular customers at the local library. Grades improve overnight. Perception expands, skills increase, and so does self-esteem. Relationships get better; so does self-confidence.

What we do does not eliminate the need for special teachers. We are not in the business of teaching history or math, etc. We are catalysts. We enhance other systems to make them work even better.

This training develops an integrated and systematic use of knowledge and skills for the management of stress and change so that participants and their clients may make enriching and more successful choices in all areas of their personal and professional lives. We call this the 'One Brain System'.

Stress overwhelm makes clear thinking and so, self-initiated change, impossible. Long-term stress overwhelm causes stress breakdown, physical, mental and emotional: thus the need for a comprehensive and systematic approach.

The fundamental principle underlying all of this training is that our future does not have to be the inevitable consequence of our past choices and coping behaviours. We can identify the self-created determinants of current behaviour that limit our potential to change what we don't want in ourselves and create a more positive future that we do want.
